Combining furious blast beats with the chainsaw-like guitar tone of the HM-2, Swedish death metal legend Vomitory is making its debut landing in Hong Kong! Formed in 1989—the very dawn of the Swedish death metal explosion—the scene eventually birthed various genres, from the melodic death metal in Gothenburg to the hyper-distorted, fiercely aggressive signature ""chainsaw"" HM-2 tone. Vomitory stands proudly as a master of this HM-2 death metal style. The band previously announced their breakup in 2013 before making a triumphant return in 2018. Over three decades, they have released ten relentless, high-speed, and brutal albums without a single dull moment. This includes their latest album, In Death Throes, which anchors a rare Asian tour including Hong Kong for the very first time. Besides, the local death metal titan Cadaver is finally coming back to destroy the stage after some years! Get ready to witness another night of living legend!
